Per-call log of every Anthropic API invocation (extraction, DPR narrative, …). Cost is frozen per row at call time against the published pricing table in src/ai-usage.js, so historical rollups don't drift when Anthropic reprices. AcroForm + Tesseract paths are free and not logged here.
